Sport and physical activity aren't just my work — they're part of who I am.
I've spent over 18 years working with myself and other people, and for the last five years I've also been working with nutrition coaching.
I came to this work through professional education, deep practice, and years of experience.
I'm a certified trainer in Pilates, Barre, Power Pilates, Functional Training, HIIT and Feminine Embodiment.
Over the years I've developed more than 200 exercises.
I understand the body not just on the level of exercises, but on the level of anatomy, physiology, and cellular processes.
I speak four languages and connect easily with people from different backgrounds.
My goal is to show people where their true strength, energy, and potential lie — because most don't know what they're truly capable of.
